This is a recipe from when I first started blogging. The pancakes are yummy too.
Gluten & Dairy free Banana pancakes (Makes 6 -8 pancakes):
1 Mug (a coffee mug will do) of Gluten & Wheat free flour
1 Mug of Soya Milk (A splash or so more to your liking)
1 Medium Size Banana
Fry them the same way as normal pancakes but make sure the oil is hot before adding a ladle of the mixture to the frying pan.
