Banana Pancakes

These are yummy and good for kids to as there a great way to get fruit into them 😀

Ingredients:

160g Plain Flour

1tsp Baking powder

380ml Full-Fat Milk

1 Medium Banana

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the flour, Baking powder with a small amount of milk until it is paste like then add the milk slowly to avoid getting too many lumps
  2. Then add a Banana and blend together
  3. Once blended leave to sit for 3ominutes
  4. Heat a small amount of oil in a flying pan and pour the batter mixture into the pan, you can either pour a small amount in the middle of the pan small and thick (like American pancakes) or swirl it around the pan (like English ones). From here on treat like normal pancakes.
